Maximum total funding to Swedish consortium partners is 3.500.000 SEK per funded project

Rates per Swedish consortium partner up to the limits set by EU state aid rules
The following categories of costs may be eligible (subject to some limitations, see vinnovas-general-terms-and-conditions-for-grants---2023-multi-participant-engelsk-version.pdf for details):
1. personnel costs, to the extent that personnel work in the project,
2. costs of equipment, land and buildings to the extent and for the period used for the project,
3. costs of consultants and licenses etc.,
4. other direct costs,
5. actual indirect costs per participant up to maximum 30 % of eligible personnel costs (this limit does not apply to universities and higher education establishments).
Costs for services performed by third parties (consultants/subcontractors) may not exceed 20 % of the public funding.
Minimum 30 % of the total costs for Swedish participation in a project must be incurred by Swedish companies.
Application for national funding of Swedish participation in selected projects to be submitted immediately after the full proposal selection process has been finalised.
Financial and progress report every six months. Final report one month after project ending.
