The maximum amount per Danish partner in international projects is 300,000 €. The maximum amount for all Danish partners, if the project has two or more Danish partners, is 500,000 €.

Funding rates (approx.)

The maximum investment rate varies between 25-90% for each individual participant. Please see tables 1-4 in our Guidelines.

All Danish organizations directly involved in activities in the projects are eligible as applicants to Innovation Fund Denmark. 

Submission of the proposal at national/regional level (schedule, cut-off dates, deadlines, etc.)

After the central application deadline Innovation Fund Denmark will, via our national e-grant platform, invite applicants to upload a pdf of the application with annexes. The invitation is normally sentapproximately 2-4 weeks after the application deadline.  

Non-public organisations will be requested to upload a ‘No undertaking in difficulty’ declaration. In addition, SME’s will be required to uploadan ‘SME declaration’ and an ‘Ability to co-finance’ declaration. If requestingde minimis funding, then a ‘de minimis aid compliance form’ is required. 

Submission of financial and scientific reports at the national/regional level

Regular technical and financial reports are a requirement. National monitoring conditions apply according to the Guidelines and the individual Grant letters.
