Types of organisations

Only companies (of any size) are eligible.

R&T Centres & Universities are welcome as subcontractors.

 

Eligible costs:

(a)       Personnel costs (experienced researchers and technicians). Only own personnel under contracts in Grupo 1, 2 or 3. Social Security contributions are not eligible.

(b)       Cost of contractual research: technical knowledge and patents bought or licensed at market prices, and costs of consultancy and equivalent services used exclusively for the research activity. Subcontracting costs up to 50% of the budget.

(c)        Costs of materials, supplies and similar products directly linked to the research activity.

(d)        International travel costs incurred directly as a result of the research project.

(e)        Cost of the project audit fee.

(f)         15% of the personnel cost as a flat rate.

For self-employed persons who have an employment relationship with the beneficiary, the maximum eligible costs / hours are determined taking into account only the professional category in the table above.

100.000€ (expected budget 125.000€)

 

Project category and thematic content

The contribution of the regional partners to the international project must fall within the category of Industrial Research or Experimental Development as described in the Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014.

The activities to be carried out by the regional partners must be in line with the S3 strategy.

 

Other eligibility criteria

The project will not start before the submission of the application at regional level.

Only activities to be carried out by applicants based in Asturias will be eligible.

Submission of financial and scientific reports at the national/regional level

General rule

At regional level, only one final report is required at the end of the project.

No pre-financing, except in exceptional cases.
