-        A PI requesting funding from the Academy of Finland may not participate in more than one M-ERA.NET proposal

-        Thematic restriction on research relevant for future battery technologies

-        Industrial partners not eligible to apply for funding

-        The PI‘s salary costs must not be significant in relation to the project’s total costs. A three-year research project must not include more than 4.5 months of the PI’s effective working hours.

Only applicants who are selected for funding in the call will be invited to submit national application forms to the Academy of Finland via an invitation-only call.
